• Reading through to check spelling and grammar atleast (x3)
• Try reading for yourself to check reader interest and conversational mode
• Use simpler words easily understandable by the targeted audience
• Ensure complete sentences and paragraphs
• Get acquaintance from what other writers have written
• Find focused time for reading, imagination, witing and editing
• Market writings and seek readership comments
• Start a writing journalism course
