INTEGRATED LITERACY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
The programme aims at giving every young person an opportunity to attain basic skills of life and move on to become responsible members of their families and citizens in their countries. This programme aims at preventing mental disability resulting from achievement and productivity challenges.

Donations of used books/audios/videos to support children and youth literacy programme are welcome. The programme targets educative, transformative, culturally-sensitive, and on appropriate technologies –especially in technology, business and health. The programme assumes that whoever buys a new book, reads it and ably retells stories to others, can give the book to another person elsewhere who never has a chance to read the same book to gain from the same positive experience –as the cycle continues. We believe that under this arranges everyone can have a chance to reach and be transformed for the better so that he or she can solve the simplest of the problems, instead of resorting to negative coping methods such as drug abuse and violent behaviours or any other expressions that show frustrations that amount to mental problems.
To donate, please write to us: Integrated Mental Health Initiative – IMI, P.O. Box 1007, Jinja-Uganda, dishma.imhs@gmail.com; or call representative on +256752542504.
