LFI Youth Employment: Call for applications, Available vacancies in Middle East 2018

With unemployment affecting over 83% of Ugandans, many organisations and companies have emerged to fill the employee gap, after the collapse of the public.

While helping create jobs for youths, the vibrant entrepreneurs, on the other hand find employment. Uganda now boasts as one of the most enterprising people world in its people's effort to cope with the under performing public sector and unpatriotic leadership‎.

These entrepreneurs form pure, individual based, groupbased and social enterprises. One of such enterprises is the international recruitment agencies that search for prospective employers abroad, sign contracts for terms of employment, identify potential employees and sign them up for a period of two years, to work mainly in Middle East Countries, namely; Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

However, in recent times, Thailand has been added to the list with the demand of English teachers. Despite these existing opportunities, recruitment firms encourage prospecting employees to 'rebuy' the idea of seeking employment abroad from their families to okay and bless their career choices.

A new company with human, legal and security face was recently founded by a team of professionals to fill the human rights gap left behind by preexisting firms, who in the past have been accused of neglect and lack of responsibility amidst human rights abuses on workers by their immediate bosses.

The general public have recently been afraid of Middle East jobs. This new human development  company, Labour Frontiers International (LFI), thus, comes at the right time to start a new era of healthy relations between workers and their immediate bosses for better career prospects.
