Unity of the being and wellbeing
Keeping life systems is a balancing act, involving mastering of various components of it, without ignoring the physical environment, the emotional states, the psychological levels, and spiritual level of engagement. Inadequacy in any one of the components compromises functionality of the others; each feeds into the other. Less nourishment of the spiritual faculty creates confusion in the mind (psychological), triggers bad emotions (fear, anxiety, depression), shrinks the physical being to death, and the physical environment suffers.
